Gift Vouchers Terms And Conditions
- Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in-store and our gift vouchers have no expiry date.
- Gift vouchers must be presented at time of payment Gift voucher codes or photographs of gift vouchers are not valid. We need you to present the original voucher.
- All gift vouchers purchased at Charm are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers are like cash, so vouchers that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced or canceled. Once the voucher has been purchased, it becomes the responsibility of the person who purchased it.
- Gift vouchers could be used in any of our locations and they can be used for more than one transaction at Charm.
- The costs of our treatments will be shown on the website and may be updated from time to time. If there are any changes made to our prices, those changes will not affect any booking which has been made prior to the date of the introduction of the new prices. However, should our prices change between the purchase of a voucher for a particular service and the booking of that service, there could be an additional charge to reflect the subsequent change in price.
