ADULTS ONLY SALON:
Charm strives to create a safe, tranquil and luxurious atmosphere for our clients to relax and unwind. We therefore will not take bookings for children under 12 years of age. We kindly ask you to not bring any children under 12 years of age to the salon as our locations are busy nail salons, it can be dangerous for children not to be closely looked after and we reserve the right to terminate a client’s treatment if their child is posing a health and safety risk to themselves or others, or is disturbing other customers due to lack of supervision. Any bookings canceled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.
We do not offer acrylic or gel extensions treatments to those aged 12-18. Any bookings canceled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS:
At CHARM we value our staff and see our team all as one big family. Our team is trained to the highest standards and act in a polite and professional manner towards our valued customers. We can not tolerate any form of rudeness or disrespect towards the CHARM team. Please treat our staff as you wish to be treated yourself.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel that a customer is acting in in a rude or disrespectful way towards our staff…CHARM reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
REPAIR POLICY:
At Charm we strive to deliver a flawless finish for every treatment. However, if you are not happy with the finish of your nails we are happy to carry out any chip repair that we consider reasonable, free of charge for the affected nails with the following policies:
3 days for Vinylux Polish Repair
7 days for Gel/Shellac; BIAB (Builder in a bottle) ; Acrylic or Gel extensions

GIFT VOUCHER:
Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in-store and our gift vouchers have no expiry date.
Gift vouchers must be presented at time of payment Gift voucher codes or photographs of gift vouchers are not valid. We need you to present the original voucher.
All gift vouchers purchased at Charm are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers are like cash, so vouchers that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced or canceled. Once the voucher has been purchased, it becomes the responsibility of the person who purchased it.
Gift vouchers could be used in any of our locations and they can be used for more than one transaction at Charm.
The costs of our treatments will be shown on the website and may be updated from time to time. If there are any changes made to our prices, those changes will not affect any booking which has been made prior to the date of the introduction of the new prices. However, should our prices change between the purchase of a voucher for a particular service and the booking of that service, there could be an additional charge to reflect the subsequent change in price.
PRICE UPDATES:
The costs of our treatments will be shown on the Website and may be updated from time to time. If there are any changes made to our prices, those changes will not affect your booking which has been made prior to the date of the introduction of the new prices.
LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY:
We Kindly ask our clients to look after their property while at CHARM salons as we are unable to take responsibility for items left unattended or damaged. Please be aware that we use chemicals and polishes inside the salons and you must take extra care of your belongings whilst with us.

When booking online, please enter relevant information into the box titled BOOKING NOTES. Please list any allergies/medical conditions we should be aware of’. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for a list of conditions that may prevent us from completing treatments.
